Relieve Your Aches and Pains
Our 500-hour yoga professor and lifelong professional athlete, Dan Sarkozi, is here to guide your practice. If you’re a beginner, you’ll be led through gentle, accessible flows designed to ease stiffness, reduce stress, and help you build the confidence to continue at home.
For more advanced practitioners, Dan offers 1-to-1 guidance on inversions, technique, and deeper binds. Our meditation workshops also introduce practical techniques to help you manage stress and reconnect with a clearer sense of purpose.

Explore France
The Rejuvenation Retreat is set on an estate of 24 acres in rural Languedoc-Roussillon, Occitanie, called Le Puget.
We have a heated outdoor swimming pool, horse-riding school, and multiple walking paths on site. And in the distance are the snow-capped peaks of the Pyrenees.

Eat Well
Food at the retreat is simple, nourishing, and thoughtfully prepared. Your stay includes three meals a day, snacks, and a three-course evening dinner.
Our menus are inspired by Mediterranean and Ayurvedic traditions, using organic ingredients where possible, with some produce grown on the retreat grounds.

Visit a fairytale castle
One of our day trips takes you to the UNESCO World Heritage Site of Cité de Carcassonne — a real-life fairytale fortress.
Restored in the 19th century, its walled streets are filled with shops, cafés, local food and bakeries. It’s a place you truly have to see to believe.

Have a French Shopping Experience
Visit a local market in a beautiful medieval square, where you can soak up French culture over coffee, patisserie, and a relaxed afternoon of browsing artisan stalls and boutique shopping.

Horse Riding
Our local area has a rich medieval history. We are lucky to have two local riders — who are employed by the French government to continue these medieval horse shows — running our riding school.
All levels are catered for. We have both an indoor and outdoor arena, and various routes around the grounds and beyond. A ride through the local forest is particularly stimulating.

Absolutely! Our instructors have been teaching for twenty years. We have more than enough experience to cater for everyone. And exercise can be more rewarding when you are out of shape because gains come quicker.
We provide three meals a day - breakfast, lunch and dinner. We also provide snacks in between lunch and dinner. And dinner each day is three courses. There is no lunch provided, however, when you go on the two excursions.
